Archdiocese Sees Record Year For New Members
Most leave due to some kind of hurt
From Priests, some kind of sin, or some sort.
But Most come to join
By the Truth that they find
In the Church Christ has made without tort.
It is not in the works that are done
Or the functions that are actu'ly quite fun.
But the acts of the head
To Whom she is wed
That the Church will be healed and be won.
Let us pray that the Church will endure
Through the Doc of the sick, not the pure.
For in failure and doubt
All it's members will shout
For the prize that's been won to be sure.

Your comment is welcome by me.
As long as a lim'rick it be.
By God if it's not,
It's going to rot
In some com. box down under the sea.
I've found that the sonnet of love
Speaks softer than wings of a dove.
If Shakespeare found time
To write ev'ry rhyme,
You can also write verse from above.
(i.e., all comments must be in limerick, English sonnet, or another poetic form (not free verse per se).)
